144. Why Does Tapping Work? — Faster EFT NLP Robert Smith

By | Mar 10, 2010

Why tapping works. How we are programed to hypnotize ourselves by going into a trance and miss the reality of the present moment. How we produce our own problems. If you want something different, doing the same thing only makes it worse. Let go and try something different. Look younger, feel younger.

i agree. even if its just a placebo effect all that matters is it works.

  2. purplepatchforex March 10, 2010 3:12 pm

Does it matter why it works, I know from experience that it does, I don’t care how.

  3. LaurieJames March 10, 2010 3:16 pm

    fucking rednecks.

  4. gonzocurt March 10, 2010 4:15 pm

Sounds good but he doesn’t really explain what the tapping does. Too much focus on the Okie talk.

scientific shit can suck my cok :]

  6. aliczrabbit March 10, 2010 5:43 pm

    It’s scientifically proven to work.

It works without belief because it is working with the system that always work. The body follows the body. You maybe have to have belief to used it.

  8. gefftom March 10, 2010 6:09 pm

tapping works because u beleive in it.

  9. HealingMagic March 10, 2010 6:50 pm

Yes, do tap on it until you find no tears and make peace with pain. Some people do find pain as pleasurable and comfortable with being in pain. So keep on tapping on issues.

i have been making progress! a quick question if you get a minute. I’ve been crying when i release things, and when i smile i cry too. should i tap this out when I experience it? i think maybe my brain is confused…maybe it still thinks that joy = pain?

Well anchoring is what we naturally do in everyday life and hypnotists uses what we naturally do. It is true we operate from one trance to another many times a day. So when we take conscious control of the unconscious we then we get better results. Robert

I think that works just the same as “anchoring” in hypnosis

STOP THINKING ABOUT WHAT WE DON’T WANT, AND THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU DO YOU WANT!!

  14. Avrilxxmac March 10, 2010 9:26 pm

That would be fantastic! Much appreciated. Thank you, Robert.

  15. HealingMagic March 10, 2010 9:42 pm

Those points are not necessary but you can still use them. I will do a video on turning negative to positive for you. Robert

  16. Avrilxxmac March 10, 2010 10:35 pm

Also I believe the word ‘love’ is a very powerful word but I haven’t noticed you using ‘I love and accept myself’ or ‘I accept myself completely’

Thanks Robert, for any comments you make, I’m so grateful!

You’re a shining star and I love all your video’s!!

  17. Avrilxxmac March 10, 2010 11:19 pm

I love and Accept myself - or I choose to accept myself.

I notice you miss out the tapping points ‘under the nose & chin’ why is this?

I don’t recall seeing you using the karate point. What is the importance of using the karate point?

If a person tends to be negative how can they be helped to become more positive and happy? Do you have a particular video for turning negatives into positives or is this our general belief system??

  18. Avrilxxmac March 10, 2010 11:36 pm

It’s absolutely true that we are all playing our own ‘movies’ in our minds. What we perceive! Are there words that we should introduce into our vocabulary.

It’s a shame how negativity is rife! Also is - I try (Negative) ?

Do we have to do a round of ‘negative’ followed by positives?

    I believe - I choose……is a good self suggestion when tapping.

Sorry, I’ve had to continue to another comment because my post was too long!!!!! But I’m sure there are others asking the same!

There are no random events - trust that you arrived here by your inner guidance system. If it lead you here, it can lead you everywhere you need to go. Just trust it!
