This is one of those books that my wife checked out of the library just to scan. Soon, she began to want to photocopy one neat suggestion to “post” for herself, then another, and finally she admitted that she really wish she had ALL the pages, so here I am just ordering the book for her. She loves it and reads the “actions” out loud to me. I have to admit that I have not read the book, but she’s read it, and re-read it, and is constantly telling me and other people about it, so it must be GOOD! I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s not getting me into the “Age Erasers for Men” just so I can look and feel as young as she’s beginning to feel and look.
