Anti-Aging Facial Massage

How I massage my face to slow down aging and relieve stress. I do this once a week or so. After rinsing the oil off, I follow with regular skincare steps.     I just did this for the first time and I can already see a difference in my face. I have very dry and oily skin and I think this will help my acne and the overall appearance of my skin.

    my face gets so oily. im gonna put oil now cause u said people with oily skin usually the under it part is dry thats why its oily.

    i hope it works.

    face massage rocks… maybe… i havent tried it… but it looks like it rocks.

    a cheaper alternative is just to use avocado or almond oil. I find these work very well and don’t cause breakouts (they actually heal and restore the natural barrier to the skin)
