he’s right to advocate taking care of your body in order to age healthily but this not really anti-ageing: it is just doing the best with a body that is ageing; what we need is research to discover why even the healthy body ages.

Okay, when you can reverse grey hair, you can really prove that you have the ability to slow, stop and reverse aging. Extremely fast blood circulation and copper are helpfull in restoring hair collor.

Stuck in shit, boring job for seven months, doing the same shit, day after day, after day, wears me out. I’m 27 and fit and healthy, and can run a long way, but working shitty low paid government bullshit stressful jobs wear people out.

He made it sound so easy to stay young but if you want to maintain your health you do have to sacrifice. Exercise, sleep, nutrition, good water and clean air. I think that I heard J Lalanne a long time ago prescribe this formula for anti-aging. I sure enjoy Dr. Bellonzi’s presentations.
    GRADE A

yes, stress is without a doubt your worst enemy. I can tell you from experience - stress makes you feel, look and act old. Stress can also cause symptoms that you would never think comes from a stressful situation.

why don’t you look at my videos titled ‘getting younger’. This is an amazing time lapse photo showing my face getting younger. Look at video ‘arthritis going away’

The only true proof of anything is one’s own experience. We get in our own way when we blindly follow what others tell us is “proven”: i.e. science, religion, medicine, government, corporations etc. etc. etc.
Regardless of the topic, ask questions, have experiences, get your own answers.

  19. BaileyLush February 9, 2010 6:16 am

Fair enough. My next question is do you have any scientific evidence to support this claim? I would even settle for some strong/interesting anecdotal evidence.

  20. JLeeMagnetic February 9, 2010 6:31 am

    no I am serious

  21. BaileyLush February 9, 2010 7:21 am

Good video BTW! But what’s wrong with aging. If I am old, I want to look rasputian- with the big ass beird and everything.

  22. BaileyLush February 9, 2010 8:13 am

Best of luck to ya Moses. Lmfao. Seriously, you could get hit by a Bus tomorrow. But that’s no reason to stop your wishful thinking.

I’m going to work on a program of yoga, martial arts, juice fasting and some meditation technics…, I’ll see if I can’t get a book from it. Staying 30-40 years younger is a lot of work but I’d like to make it fun.

Here’s the best anti-aging product: daily exercise. It’s hard and most people are looking for an easier out, but it’s a fact. Make sure to get some cardio in there: I would recommend a minimum of three days a week, 12 minutes a day of intense cardio. I do about ninety minutes of cardio a day but it took me 18 years to build up to it. Weight training is important too.
