How to build your superior_mind with a side-order of anti-aging. I offer this advice based on my current internet findings - so it would be a good idea for us to continue to cross-reference any information we have with as much peer-reviewed material as possible. — Video Summary: Excercise more - minimum 4 minutes of intense cardio - like circuit training for example and maybe 15 - 60 minutes of general cardio every other day (like swimming, biking, running or jump-rope). Proper nutrition - with lots of antioxidants and a good nights sleep. Blueberries, rasberries, strawberries - great for neurogenesis and age prevention. I also recommend including spinach and walnuts in your diet. So intense cardio will improve oxygen supply to the brain and improve concentration for extended periods of time. Other muscle resistance excercise will also help stimulate neurogenesis and have an anti-aging effect. No smoking or drinking - at least try to minimize as much as possible. Alcohol is more destructive than most ppl realize and can effect future offspring. I advise using pycnogenol which has a very strong anti-aging (or even reverse-aging with proper exercise and diet) effect. Nutrition - no fried foods, no alcohol, no sweets - reduce glucose dependancy(ie: avoid fries, eat less bread, no cake, etc) and add blue or red colored fruit like blueberries, strawberries, rasberries, etc - to your diet. Also make sure to add foods which contain Omega 3-6-9(like flax, walnuts or tofu). Suppliments are also available(including vegan type supps). [Side note - ppl who take SSRI antidepressants have been found to have improved memory, organization and reduced stress -- although they are unfortunately not safe to quit taking cold-turkey.] To keep new neurons and build your superior mind, I stress the importance of engaging in a variety of stimulating(interesting/enjoyable/addictive) activities which require learning, creativity, and logical strategy. Learning to play an instrument is one of the most recommended ways of doing this. I also suggest composing music you like or any sort of improvisation(like rap or something). Strategy games improve your ability to tackle complex problems quickly which is beneficial to handling real life-problem solving in stressful situations. Programming games, websites, modding(computers, cars, bikes, etc), art, writing, dancing, singing, etc.. Anything that you enjoy which stimulates dentrical connectivity. Sleep is extremely important! Something I never realized until more recently. This reduces stress, improves focus/concentration, also helps neurogenesis, and heals your body building new muscle tissue(from excercise) - housekeeping basically. Drink a lot of water before you go to sleep, make sure it’s dark and quiet(and not too hot), and try taking melatonin an hour or 2 before you go to bed every few days to keep your sleep schedule in check. (Not too much too often cuz you’ll get used to it and work as well for a while). Ginko Biloba will also improve blood flow in the brain and help reduce aging. Eat less and reduce glucose dependancy Drink green and or black tea. I must stress the importance of excercising your mind with enjoyable/stimulating hobbies which require extensive use of the elements of your mind that you wish to strengthen the most. When sleeping you may notice more dreaming(and more realistic) than usual - which is a normal side-effect. Increased use of the brain and reduced glucose dependancy might make you feel sleepy and taxed at first which is also normal — you’ll adapt. I find the best way to fire-up your true potential when it’s needed - is to have some toast and peanut-butter(high protein) and a couple cups of coffee.

NOTE: just thought I should mention that some recreational drugs (like E / ecstasy / mdma) can cause damage which may not be recoverable.
There’re lot of prodrug antiscience bullshit propaganda out there — I suggest looking at the actual research being done.
Whatever u likes - tho I’d suggest a variety and recommend classical be included.
Listen to what types of music?
Thanks for the info, and for making this video.
Good Job !
It would partly depend on how much you smoked it during that time period and how much exercise(and how intense) you were getting then and now — research would suggest that sufficient exercise(ie: running) can practically negate the negative effect. Also ppl don’t necessarily realize what memory they’ve lost or what mental performance they’d otherwise have — so usually they perceive that nothing’s wrong — in your case the effects are likely quite minimal and by now everything should be normal.
I smoked it for around 8 years but stopped smoking both cigs and cannabis about 5 years ago, i havn’t noticed any ill effects, is it likely any effects it may of had are non existent after such a period of time ?
Unfortunately it narrows blood vessels which can damage memory and lead to other potential problems(impaired learning, memory loss, stroke, attention deficit, reduced motivation, etc).
“Yep - increases blood supply to the brain - (especially good for ppl who’ve been smoking weed)”
Doesn’t cannabis increase blood flow to the brain ? I don’t smoke or recommend it btw.
As far as I know - if taken for the right reason(s) [ie sick] and moderately and if you’re not taking a blood thinner or prego or a vampire — garlic can be quite healthy — but one should not take it excessively or continuously. I guess the circulation benefit (and antioxidants which prevent brain maladies) might help out the brain — tho I’d go with a bit of ginko and some hardcore exercise — cuz apparently too much too often can actually be harmful to brain.
what about garlic on the brain?
Hi let me add pomegranate which gets rid of plaque from the vascular system.
Fast talking but very informative video,
you can always make part 2 of the video.
Very nice and stimulating music, I hope you can share the name of the music.
An excellent informative video about the potential and proper care of the mind. Even if you only change one persons life with this information, your contribution is immeasurable. Many thanks for posting!
dang, great video man, so glad I found this.
Yep - increases blood supply to the brain - (especially good for ppl who’ve been smoking weed) - will improve motivation, wakefulness and effectiveness/concentration of sleep which can effect REM, memory and dream quality as well as dream recall. I’m guessing any time there’s a lot of change to the brain - such side effects will occur from time to time.
Thank’s bro and I have taken Ginko, but i stopped for a while because I was having a weird perception on reality, i almost lost a grip on it, but im ok now and i just started takin ginko again because I heard that it was normal to have a strange reaction to it.
Ok - you mean like lucid dreaming? If you’ve done it - you may be familiar with dream manipulation — one interesting one I discovered - making it more realistic(not just realistic but almost indistinguishable from real life) — focus on details you’d expect to see — first try looking at your hands and look for expected creases, etc — then environ — depth perception, etc - can make you feel like you’ll fall over — then on how things feel — has a strange effect. Got it to work a few times.
can you emphasize more on the “real like dreams” you mentioned? thanks.
Yeh, I know - did it sloppy (from point form notes and no sleep) - I was thinking it would be better if I slowed down just enough to fit under 10 minutes. I’ll try a different voice frequency too.
Glad it was useful. ^-^
Interesting - I’ll check it out.
the way the voice sounds in this video if very distracting and irritating to the senses, so imho i advise you to change it, it makes me stress even watching this video. However, this video seems very informative and after reading the text summary I will watch and I thank you for sharing your knowledge. Another good video that’d open your mind in which my interests lie is “Where does money come from”–very powerful.
Yep - sorry about that - the first time I did it, I exceeded the time limit - so I tried to speed it up. I added info in the desc to make it easier to follow.
Thanx for watching. (^_^)
fast talking!

What is the music, it sounds familiar.
If you were to slowly do less and less that requires thinking, then your brain’s capability will reflect that change — much like a muscle. Like a bodybuilder - you may want to gradually increase the challenge - and make it as addictive or interesting as possible.
