I quit smoking, gained 12 pounds and can’t loose it not matter how much i starve and exercize. I’m still on my “eat very little and exercize heaps”, but now i’m starting to loose weight. Not sure if it’s related to the reservatrol, or maybe my body is finally starting to get back to normal after giving up a year ago.
But no harm in it! Makes your urin bright orange. Don’t be alarmed. It’s normal.
