Question by LeSeul529: What are good natural supplements for overall health and anti-aging that are available at wholefoods/drugstore?
I am 26 years old and currently take:2000mg primrose oil, psyllium husk, bromelain.
What other supplements should I incorporate into my regimine to target anti-aging, metabolism, etc? What are some good anti-oxidents that are not too costly, available at whole foods store and that do not give the ‘jitters’?
We are a health concious family and do what we can with a busy schedule. We also walk 2-4 miles 4 times a week and I work out.
What should I add? Considered the NanoPak from Nuskin but it seems very over-priced and not exactly natural. Thanks!
