    A full yoga practice will make you somewhat taller…not a ton, but maybe an inch. Depends on where you are when you start!

    hey sadie i really appreciate your videos!! i watch them everyday..but i had a question that which yoga pose will be better to grow my height….does halasana actually works and how long will i be able to see the results i would really appreciate some yoga poses for growth..thanku

    It can definitely ease it. I recommend the book “Yoga for Arthritis” by Ellen Saltonstall, one of my teachers.

    How will you get more flexible and unlock the poses, and your body, if you’re not doing yoga? I say, chip away at the poses, and you’ll gain a world of benefits in time…and a stretchy, resilient body, too!
